Tektology is recruiting for a Senior Consultant with 5–8 years of consulting experience to join our growing global advisory team.

The opportunity

As a Senior Consultant at Tektology, you will work on complex systems transformation challenges with clients across our markets, contributing to high-quality consulting engagements from problem definition through to practical delivery.

You will take ownership of defined areas of client work, applying structured analysis, research and judgement to complex and sometimes ambiguous problems. You will work directly with clients, contribute to meetings and workshops, develop clear recommendations and produce high-quality client-ready outputs.

This is a role for someone who is comfortable working with increasing independence. You will be expected to understand the wider context of an engagement, build strong working relationships with clients and recognise where new needs or opportunities may be emerging.

As part of a growing advisory business, the role goes beyond project delivery. You will contribute to proposals, bids, case studies, credentials, knowledge development and the continued improvement of Tektology's methods and ways of working. You will also support and coach more junior colleagues through day-to-day guidance, feedback and collaboration.

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone with 5–8 years of consulting experience who can demonstrate:

  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability, with the ability to make sense of complexity and ambiguity.

  • Experience taking ownership of workstreams or defined areas of consulting engagements.

  • Strong research, evidence synthesis and benchmarking skills.

  • The ability to translate analysis into clear insights, recommendations and client-ready outputs.

  • Confidence working directly with clients and contributing effectively to meetings, interviews and workshops.

  • Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills.

  • An excellent eye for detail, with consistently high standards of accuracy, quality and presentation.

  • The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver reliably to agreed timelines.

  • A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute beyond immediate project responsibilities.

  • Commercial awareness, including an ability to understand the wider client context and recognise emerging needs.

  • Experience supporting or developing more junior team members.

  • Confidence using Microsoft 365 tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.

  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI tools to improve the pace and quality of research, analysis and production, while retaining human judgement and accountability for the final output.
