Consultant

Tektology is recruiting for a Consultant with 3–5 years of consulting experience to join our growing global advisory team.

The opportunity

As a Consultant at Tektology, you will work alongside experienced colleagues and clients on complex systems transformation challenges, supporting projects through research, analysis, problem solving and the development of high-quality client deliverables.

You will work with quantitative and qualitative information, undertake research and benchmarking, structure complex problems and help turn evidence into clear insights and recommendations. You will contribute to presentations, reports and other client-ready materials and participate in client meetings, interviews, workshops and engagement activity.

The role provides significant exposure to clients and senior colleagues and is designed for someone who wants to continue developing their professional judgement, consulting capability and understanding of how strong advisory work creates value.

You will also contribute to the wider growth of Tektology by capturing evidence and learning from delivery, supporting bids and proposals, contributing to case studies and credentials and helping to strengthen our knowledge, methods and ways of working.

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone with 3–5 years of consulting experience who can demonstrate:

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability.

• The ability to work with complex and sometimes ambiguous problems.

• Strong research, analysis and evidence-synthesis skills.

• The ability to turn complex information into clear insights and recommendations.

• Experience developing high-quality presentations, reports and other client-ready materials.

• Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills.

• Confidence participating in client meetings, interviews and workshops.

• An excellent eye for detail, with a strong commitment to accuracy, quality and presentation.

• High levels of ownership and accountability for assigned work.

• The ability to manage priorities and deliver reliably to agreed timelines.

• Curiosity, sound judgement and a willingness to challenge assumptions.

• A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute beyond immediate project delivery.

• Confidence using Microsoft 365 tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.

• Experience using Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI tools to support research, analysis and production, while applying human judgement to final outputs.
