Client Delivery Services Manager

Location: UK
Contract: Full-time / Hybrid working
Closing date: 02 October 2026
Start Date: TBC

Tektology is recruiting for a Manager to help lead the development and operation of our Client Delivery Services, with a particular focus on delivery assurance for complex transformation programmes.

The opportunity

This role sits at the point where business development meets delivery.

You will help shape credible client solutions, build and manage a trusted network of senior associates and specialist partners, assemble the right teams for opportunities and engagements, and support the prompt mobilisation of new work.

Working closely with the Associate Director, Directors and Practice Leads, you will help develop a repeatable and scalable delivery assurance service that provides programme leadership, governance oversight, risk management and clear accountability for client outcomes.

You will be involved from the early stages of an opportunity, helping define the delivery approach, team structure, resource requirements and commercial model. As work moves into delivery, you will help maintain continuity from strategy into execution, ensuring engagements are properly resourced, mobilised effectively and supported by strong delivery assurance.

A significant part of the role will involve developing Tektology's network of senior associate consultants, programme leaders, subject matter experts and specialist delivery partners. You will maintain a clear view of capability, sector experience, availability, rates and suitability, building long-term relationships with high-quality people who can strengthen our delivery capacity as the business grows.

You will also maintain oversight across delivery assurance engagements, working with client leads and delivery professionals to monitor progress, governance, risks, issues, stakeholder alignment and the quality of client outcomes. You will help identify and resolve emerging delivery concerns, capture lessons from engagements and use those insights to strengthen future client solutions and delivery approaches.

Alongside this, you will contribute to business development and account growth, supporting proposals, tenders, framework submissions and client presentations and identifying opportunities where delivery assurance can extend existing advisory work and provide greater continuity for clients.

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Experience in consulting, programme or project delivery, delivery assurance or a related client services environment.

  • Strong understanding of programme governance, delivery risk, stakeholder management and accountability for outcomes.

  • Experience shaping client solutions, proposals, resource plans and practical delivery approaches.

  • The ability to translate opportunity and project requirements into clear resourcing plans, balancing skills, seniority, availability and cost.

  • Experience building and managing relationships with senior delivery professionals, subject matter experts, associates and specialist partners.

  • Sound judgement about capability, quality and fit when selecting people to represent Tektology with clients.

  • Confidence working across business development and delivery, bringing together sales, client, commercial and specialist perspectives.

  • Experience contributing to proposals, statements of work, delivery plans and resource models.

  • Strong commercial awareness, including an understanding of rates, costs, margin, utilisation and delivery risk.

  • The ability to maintain oversight across multiple opportunities, engagements and resource requirements at the same time.

  • Strong client relationship skills and confidence contributing to discussions around delivery leadership, solution design and mobilisation.

  • Clear written and verbal communication.

  • An excellent eye for detail, with consistently high standards of accuracy and quality.

  • Strong organisation and judgement, with the ability to manage competing priorities and move work forward.

  • A practical, collaborative approach and the confidence to take ownership.

This role would suit someone who understands that strong delivery starts well before a project mobilises: shaping the right solution, identifying the right capability and establishing the governance, commercial discipline and accountability required to carry an engagement successfully from strategy into execution.
